If you’re reading this, you’re likely one of the rare few who genuinely care about their trees or take the time to research the professionals they hire. Either way, we appreciate you for choosing a qualified team that’s passionate about trees and dedicated to excellence!

Booking Agreement
By booking your appointment, you confirm that you’re either the property owner or the authorized property manager.

 

Quote Validity & Site Visit Policy


Quote Validity: Your quote is valid for 21 days from the date it is issued.

Complimentary First Visit: We’re happy to offer your first visit at no charge. However, if an additional visit is required within 30 days, a $99 site visit fee may apply.

We invest a significant amount of time and resources into every appointment to ensure the highest quality service. Even though our quotes are complimentary, they do cost us —like our time, expertise, wear and tear on equipment, and other resources. We appreciate your understanding of the value we bring to every visit.


Consultation Fees & Policies


Consultation Fee: The $99 consultation fee is refunded back in a form of a credit that’s valid for 30 days from the date of your arborist’s notes. 

Session Length: Each consultation is 1 hour long, with an added 15-minute courtesy period. If you anticipate needing more time, let us know in the comments box when booking so we can adjust our schedule.

Additional Time: Time beyond the courtesy period is billed at $150/hour. This additional time is not eligible for credit refunds, but it ensures we provide the care and attention your trees deserve.

 

You love us or we give you your money back: We are confident you will love your arborist consultation that if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will refund you your consultation fee :). That's how easy we are to work with.

Courtesy & Scheduling
Our team values every customer, so we adhere to a strict schedule to serve everyone efficiently. Your arborist will need to leave after the courtesy window to meet other clients on time. If you need extra time, just give us a heads-up when booking!
